FLEET AND PLANT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CLi-F&PMS

The Fleet and Plant Management System (CLi-F&PMS) utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) technology, integrating authentication systems for operators using fingerprint or ID card devices for login. HD images captured by high-quality cameras are processed using Artificial Intelligence (AI) 

for facial recognition throughout the journey, followed by storage, authentication, and transmission of relevant information to the control center via communication infrastructure including WiFi, Bluetooth, and 4G. The system is integrated with personnel management software at the control center, continuously synchronizing vehicle trip parameters (time, coordinates, speed, direction), and performing facial recognition of operators as required by the application. The system complies with Vietnamese standards such as QCVN 105:2020/BGTVT for monitoring driving time and distance for training and practical driving, and QCVN 31:2014/BGTVT for vehicle journey monitoring devices. It can also be used for monitoring and managing drivers in transport operations at fleet-based companies.

The system can be easily integrated into the CLi-SNM vehicle camera network monitoring system to connect the vehicle video surveillance system and perform Artificial Intelligence tasks of counting passengers and tracking important points. such as fuel supply and discharge throat (gasoline transport vehicles, oil consumption monitoring), monitoring the journey ahead. The system safely integrates with vehicles that require high process requirements such as aircraft (in airports), fuel trucks (in fuel filling stations)…

CLi-F&PMS is very energy-efficient in operation, capable of operating continuously for long hours to meet the needs of police or military personnel on duty. The camera updates images to remote monitoring center according to preset intervals.

Technology platform

Global navigation satellite system (GNSS) determines the location, time, altitude, speed, direction and direction of the motorbike/vehicle with high precision, creating reports on the journey that combine synchronous information Other monitoring information about the driver and the working status of the motorbike.

Artificial Intelligence in CLi-F&PMS analyzes images from specialized camera streams to track and process driver recognition, observe the front and rear of excavators and read the gauges of pumps.

CLi-F&PMS analyzes vehicle indicators, including fuel levels, control levers, and dump box to generate comprehensive reports.

CLi-F&PMS uses wireless data transmission to connect to the control center, ensuring real-time monitoring and management.

GNSS

CLi-F&PMS has a built-in inertial sensor, allowing motion to be detected even when the satellite positioning receiver is disturbed or inactive. The system can accurately determine movement in underground tunnels, covered areas or in conditions of complete radio interference.

Diverse login methods

When in the parking state, the system is in standby mode and is logging in or out of trip participants (driver, supervisor, etc.).

Journey participants can log in with a standard fingerprint or chip card (printed on the card or displayed via smart phone screen). The system will connect to the database to check names, registered information, other information about the number of hours/distance in the plan, the number of hours/distance left to do... If authentic information is posted. If you enter incorrectly (fingerprint or barcode), the system will notify you that the task cannot be performed.

 

 

The CLi-F&PMS allows multiple participants to log in during a journey using barcode cards or driver identification cards. The system screen will display the number of people logged in simultaneously. During the login process, the facial recognition camera will automatically scan and detect faces. If a face is recognized, the system will store the image characteristics along with authentication information, synchronize with the database, and begin journey monitoring.

When a user is logged in, there is a log out button on the interface. The system records the time and coordinates of login/logout events, and also notifies these events on the interface screen. As the vehicle moves, CLi-F&PMS automatically switches to journey monitoring mode including the following tasks:

  • Coordinates, time, and trip speed will be automatically recorded and stored with a set frequency (not exceeding 30 seconds as per QCVN 31:2014/BGTVT and QCVN 105:2020/BGTVT).
  • The image of a person in front of the camera's field of view will be authentically identified and the results will be recorded with a set frequency (not exceeding 5 minutes as per QCVN 105:2020/BGTVT).
  • Sound warning (chip buzzer), notification on the monitoring interface
